Quality policy
The vision of our company is to be competitive in all areas of our operations, thereby achieving optimum financial results while respecting the principles of the »Operations Management System« which we have adopted. We expect to constistently fulfill the expectations of our customers, employees, owners while respecting the environment.
We are striving to attract new customers, develop new products, lower operational costs, and to adapt to the demands and expectations of the market, while always respecting legislation and other regulations related to TBS's environmental impact.
Our goal is to increase productivity, continuously improve our quality assurance and environmental management systems and prevent pollution by monitoring and sustainably utilising our natural resources.
TBP's quality assurance system conforms to quality standard SIST ISO 9001and environmental management standard SIST EN ISO 14001, as well as the automobile industry standard ISO / TS 16 949.
Quality assurance management represents a dynamic interdisciplinary process, which systematically links the operational efforts of all processes and individuals within TBP. The key to financial success lies in constant improvements.
QUALITY ASSURANCE = IMPROVEMENTS = OPERATIONAL SYSTEM
In TBP we understand quality as a function of management at all levels - our objective is integral quality management:
- Each employee is responsible for his work, which he must carry out in accordance with our Quality Assurance Code.
- The true measure of the quality of our products are satisfied customers, employees, owners, and a clean environment.
- Each employee must respect environmental regulations and standards.
- The process of continuous improvement is a component part of every activity within the company.
- Our goal is achieving the highest level of quality possible with minimum costs.
- Quality assurance is the responsibility of every employee.
- Our corporate strategy is characterised by fault free operations.
- Our quality management policy is available to the general public.
- Our quality assurance policy is drafted and managed by the company managing director and is uniform for the entire company.
- Our quality assurance policy is harmonised with the company's general corporate policy and includes quality assurance, care for the environment, and health and safety at work.
The company management ensure that the conditions for successful implementation of our quality assurance policy are properly provided for.
